Story

MCC was started with a single goal in mind, i.e. how to help our clients go beyond ticketing on the ServiceNow platform.

Once we started our journey, we discovered that the possibilities for transforming how we work, communicate and manage our resources on a unified work platform are virtually unlimited. We focused on ingesting emailed spreadsheets, slide decks and documents and we ended up creating compelling applications, modules, dashboards and portals integral to the Enterprise.
